When will my order ship?
I try to ship things out no later than a week after an order comes in. I realize that may seem like a long wait in the times of Amazon, but please keep in mind that I print all orders on demand, and sometimes that’s just the way my schedule works out. If you need something sooner, please reach out by email, and I will do my absolute best to accomodate!
Where is my package?
Please wait about 48 hours before getting in touch about a package that is marked as delivered that you have not received. Frequently USPS will mistakenly mark packages as delivered and then will end up delivering them a day or two later. If you still have not received your package after that time, get in touch! I typically am unable to reimburse lost/stolen packages unless the buyer selects Priority Mail (which includes insurance). Keep this in mind and please send your orders to a secure location!
Why don’t you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, shipping internationally has become a bit of a headache in recent years. Between things like Brexit and lost/delayed packages since the pandemic, it’s currently not logical for me to ship internationally. I hope I can start offering international shipping again in the future!
Do you accept returns?
At this time, I unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges.
